Pilates

Activity:

Using controlled movements, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, develops control and endurance in the whole human body.   It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong central core, and improving coordination and balance.  Exercises are tailored to allow for specific weaknesses, such as creaky knees, etc!

Countesthorpe Village Hall

When:

Each Tuesday in the month, (EXCEPT SECOND) between 1400 and 1500 hrs

Other Information:

Tutor is Debbie Cooper, who takes our popular Monday Fit for Life classes.  Bring your own mat.  £20 payable upfront for a block of 5 sessions, OR pay £5 per session on 'pay as you go' basis.
